It was terrible, never ever shopping from there ever again, you’d expect them to treat you well whenever you’re purchasing a vehicle that cost $130,000 you’d expect them to treat you better. I purchased a Lincoln Navigator in 2015 that cost $80,000 and they gave me perfect coustomer assitance they even have me a free champagne bottle. Land Rover of Albuquerque are terrible people under staffed and they sold me a new Range Rover that has satines that you cannot removed. And lied about how much they were going to give me for my navigator and I didn’t check whenever I signed that they were only giving me $40,000 when they had said they were going to give me $54,203 they are lying people never ever will I purchase a Land Rover.

The customer service was excellent. However, I bought the extended warranty and was not happy. I paid 5,000 and the warranty is not the same as the original warranty. I was told the warranty is the exact same and it is not. When you pay 5,000 for a warranty it should be the same. They use another company for the warranty and they have the final say as to fix the car or not. In addition, I had to get a software update to my radio and that was $100. I don't feel I should have to pay to get my radio software updated. I was going to have to pay an additional $900 to fix a hose attached to my water pump. The warranty company said it should be done one way and Jaguar said it should be done another way. Fortunately Jaguar stepped up and fixed the hose and it did not cost me the $900. I did have to fight for this and it was a real hassle. My car has right around 50,000 miles and I know something is going to come up soon. I bought the warranty to have peace of mind. I want to drop my car off and get it fixed. I did not have my car for over a week because I was fighting with the warranty company. I had to drive a loaner from Jaguar which I was grateful for. Love Jaguar and the customer service but watch out for the extended warranty.
